I recently moved to Omaha, NE and need some good names on OB/GYN in Omaha,NE that encourages natural birth. Can some of the ladies provide me some names. Thanks in advance.
I don't know anything about J. Scott. I have heard wonderful things about the birth center in Bellevue and the midwives at Nebraska Med Center.
Dr. Gina Harper Harrison with Alegent isn't specifically NB friendly, but she was open to one & I was able to have a NB at Midlands with her a couple years ago. Midlands no longer has a mat. ward, but I think Lakeside would be similar.
A good friend of mine goes to Dr. Scott and loves her! I used a different doctor at the same hospital and never met a doctor or nurse there I didn't like.
Idk if you have an ob yet but Dr. Ben Ryder (my ex's dad) is a really good ob and helped deliver his daughters twins (high risk pregnancy i believe) and he is a good doc from all the reviews i read. Also I met him in person and he was a super nice guy. I have read he has very good bedside manner which i believe. I am currently however seeing Dr. Craig Bassett as seeing my ex's dad would be too awkward. So Bassett was my second choice after doing research he's been doing it for 30 some odd years a little longer than Dr. Ryder.
Re: OB/GYN Recommendations- really important!!

Good luck!
