  I haven't tried it, but I've heard that it works really well.  I'm planning on getting some once I start pumping regularly at work.

  5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional.  5 BFPs.  My rainbow arrived 10/15/14.

  I used medela wipes on pump parts, and I did actually use bottle soap.  I felt like it got the milk residue out better and easier than regular soap.  I used Dapple or Seventh Generation

  Huh. I actually had a lot of trouble getting bottles and nipples clean last time, no matter how hot the water or how much I scrubbed, there was just a weird residue. The dishwasher did a terrible job too, it especially left the nipples looking all gross (newer dishwasher and no other residue issues, only BM). I always rinsed everything immediately afterwards also.

  
  

  If I have the same troubles this time I would consider trying it, I don't plan to pump often so if it worked it'd be worth it.

  
  

  I also suspected that I had extra lipase in my milk, I wonder if that could cause the reside. Off to google..

  A drop of Dawn is all I used, I swear by Dawn though it seriously cleans everything. The Target Up&UP "Dawn" works really well too.  But I wouldn't waste your money on specialty soap.

  My MIL (who babysits) always uses Dawn or whatever normal soap.  I hated how it left a scent behind on the plastic and I swear the nipples were always cloudy.  I just had a better experience using bottle soap, so it can't hurt to try a sample and see if you have a better/different experience.
