I'm so sorry for your loss. I had cramping and diarrhea early in my pregnancy and am now almost 31 weeks. Your body is going through a lot of changes, try to stay calm and if you're really worried about anything call your doctor. ((((hugs)))).

Ditto this. I had a very upset stomach from about 4w to 5w-ish. It was unsettling but like @carlsonbaby2014 every thing seems to be progressing just fine at 30w3d

I'm very sorry for your previous loss and for your current anxiety. I'm not sure if I understand your present situation... are you pregnant (as confirmed by a bfp) or thinking you are pregnant (unconfirmed)?
mrsjg2013: i am pretty sure i am pregnant, because i have had two previous pregnancies (one ended in a horrible m/c) so i know the feel of pregnancy. And both other times i felt a quick pain in the uterus about 2/3 days after intercourse.
I'm so scared. Really need support. I'm feeling sensations and cramping and light pain sometimes in my uterus. Even a burning sensation. I'm pretty sure i'm going through a miscarriage again ((((
I got BFN but my af isnt due until oct 13th. One week away. But i'm pretty sure i'm pregnant. I don't want to go through a miscarriage again. It was so horrible the last time!!!
And plus I am alone, I have no parents. And my boyfriend lives overseas and can't be here full time yet. So its just me alone with my toddler daughter.
And yes of course I want the baby. This post is about me not wanting to go through another miscarriage.
I agree with @hawkward... call your OB and see if they'll do a blood test. They may/may not see you... I know mine won't until 8 weeks, which is why I see an RE. I'm not trying to be insensitive because I certainly sympathize with your "after loss" emotions, but I'm not sure it's a miscarriage technically if you're a week away from AF and/or haven't gotten some kind of confirmation of the pregnancy. Again, I would suggest seeking medical advice.
I had diarrhea and cramping around weeks 4-6. Luckily that lovely symptom has mostly faded now. If you are a week away from AF it is really too early for you to know for sure whether you are pregnant or not. One TTC cycle I swore I was pregnant and kept testing, but it was just PMS (which can have similar symptoms). I hope you have the outcome you are hoping for.
