My tubing is moldy/ mildew-y (not sure best way to describe it)  I called.  They are sending replacement tubing!  Very nice to deal with and quick.

    One way to prevent moisture build up is to leave just the tubing attached to the pump and let it run for a few minutes each time after you finish pumping. The air moving through the tubes will dry any built up moisture, and prevent the problem going forward. When I dropped my plug and it cracked, they sent me a replacement plug free of charge overnight delivery.  I agree they have great customer service!
