Does your child have an iPod?

DS1 will be 8 in April, and I was thinking about getting him one for Christmas. He is starting to get into music, and I thought I could pre-load it with stuff for him. If you have one, is it an iPod (which one) or other mp3 player? How did it go over?

No, but they do use my ipad mini to listen to music. I think my 8 and 9 year old will get kindles for Christmas because they do a lot reading on my my ipad.

DD has my old iphone. For music and apps. She has disney music and her nighttime relaxing music on it. She's 3.

I feel like a fuddy duddy. My oldest will be 9 this week. She has an iPod shuffle. My middle daughter will probably get one for Christmas as well. They enjoy music.
