Our fire extinguisher was accidentally knocked over and it of course landed directly on the pin. So what happens? It deploys and the powder literally goes EVERYWHERE and spreads! DD, DH, and I are covered in it in addition to our kitchen, family room, and it even spread to our hallway where the bedrooms are. I throw DD in the tub to clean her off and calm her down, she was rightfully freaked out. I also called poison control just to make sure there is no threat to any of us, which as I figured there is not. Then came the fun of literally cleaning every corner and inch of our house to remove all the powder! Thankfully my parents live close and they came to the rescue to help. Ugh, what a night! I really wish I could have a glass of wine right now, as DH is sitting next to me drinking a beer. I am sure we will laugh about this one day, but not our plan for a Saturday night!
