So, like a few of the other ladies here, Ryland is NOT sleeping through the night at all! He's seriously the easiest baby except for the night time sleeps. I know it's partly my fault, I think he's a little spoiled. We've been co-sleeping since the beginning, he's always started out in the pack in play in our room but ended up in bed with us. I can only think of a handful of times EVER that he's slept the whole night through in the P&P. He also really like comfort nursing in the middle of the night.
Anyway, after a few rough nights we agreed it's time to start breaking the co-sleeping habit and try to get him into the crib in his own room, so we decided to start by putting him in there at nap time. (He's still been napping in the swing or in my arms…. I know, I know…. spoiled!!) We started to today and to say he was not happy about it is an understatement!!! He screamed and cried and fussed for almost an hour and then he suddenly just stopped. I was right outside the door and when I peaked in to see if he was ok, this is what I found:
He literally feel asleep mid-cry, still standing up!!! I think it's possible he's the stubbornest baby every!
