At 3 weeks old, LO was sleeping between 2 and 4 hours....now at 4 I think he is going through a growth spurt because I am lucky to get that...He is eating so frequently. I am breastfeeding and supplementing. When he gets formula, he usually will sleep on the longer side.
My LO will be 4 weeks tomorrow. He pretty consistently goes about 3 hrs between feeds at night and is formula fed. Sometimes he'll go 4 hrs if I'm lucky.

My lo is 3 weeks tomorrow and he usually sleeps about 4 hrs for his first stretch, then anywhere from 1-3 hrs the rest of the night. He is breastfed also.
With our first we would breast feed during the day and then at night (if the day was really bad and sleep was needed really bad) we would formula feed. Its not recommended by most but did wonders for us!
