No sex

I was told no sex during this pregnancy due to history of miscarriage. My husband is super understanding and I'm too scared anyways since that was when we lost the last baby but I miss it and the intimacy with him. Anyone else going through this? How are you coping?

    Did your doctor say just no intercourse?  I'd focus on all the other fun things you can do without actual intercourse.  I won't list them here ;) haha and don't google at work!

    Yes I have been on pelvic rest since May! It's hard but my husband and I are committed to do everything possible for our twins safe delivery. We still are intimate in other ways but I'm not gonna lie its a challenge!!

    Me:36 DH:38 TTC#1 since 4/2012
    Me DX: Hashimotos,Hypothyroid, DOR, MTHFR,  DH: normal

     IUI #1-#4 BFNs and a few cancelled cycles in the mix.
    - poor responder
    ***Suprise BFP on 6/13/13. Natural MC @6wks 3days
    IVF#1 and 2- Cancelled due to no response on max stimms
    FET 5/20- BFP
    1st Beta- 641
    2nd beta- 2166
    Sono- TWINS!!!!
    Two Boys! Born January 2015 @36 weeks.  Healthy and no NICU!  So blessed!

    They said no orgasms for me. I do other stuff with my husband when I feel up to it which I'm hoping is more often when I reach the second trimester. Maybe it will seem better then. Thanks for your comments. It helps to know I'm not the only one and that you ladies are trying to work around it the best you can too.

    Wow I'm sorry, I thought giving up beer and sushi was rough, you're a saint.  I recommend cold showers and avoid any movies with Ryan Gosling.  Or Ryan Reynolds...or Chris Evans.....I'm sorry I am not helping here!  You can have all the Steve Buscemi and Paul Giamatti you like ;)  Good luck hon!  I applaud you.  Your children should throw you a parade.

    JennMarie-I find my husband more attractive than Ryan Gosling-it's hard!! :). I miss beer too!
