Anyone have a good workout for toning up the squishy pp belly I'm rocking, that they've seen on pinterest or elsewhere? I got the all clear to exercise and I'm set on a cardio and weights routine but not sure about the tum. I read somewhere that doing crunches pp can actually be counter productive for this purpose. Almost 7 weeks pp, had vaginal delivery. Thanks!

And can I just say as a crazy BSG fan, every time I see your user name I smile. I'm so pissed the series is off Netflix now! I was in the middle of a re-watch and was soooo close to my favorite episode ("Unfinished Business.")
@FrodaBaggins I love that episode too. I can't believe they took it off! It was just there when I looked. I actually have the DVDs but Netflix is easier. I was thinking of watching it again too during the rest of my maternity leave.
