Pumping questions

I go back to work Monday and I'm worried about a full day of pumping. I've only been pumping one side once a day to get a stash. Here are my questions:

1. My nipples are too small for even the 21mm Medela shields. I can only pump on the lowest setting without discomfort. What can I do?

2. Is there a better solution than a pumping bra to go handsfree? It doesn't look like those are made to wear all day and I'm not too keen on having to completely undress and switch bras every pump.

I can't respond to #1 but for #2 I didn't completely undress. Since I mostly wore nursing bras I just unclipped the fronts and then put the hands free bra around that. Hope that makes sense! I wouldn't like to wear the hands free all day

I had a friend explaining to me how she uses two hair bands connected to her nursing bra to hold up the pumps. Like one looped around the clasp and joined with the other band which was around the pump. If it works than it would be a lot easier to have on you for pumping out and about.

I bought a simplicity hands free bra off amazon for $12 something. It can slip on super quick for pumping at work or you could wear it over your nursing bra under your clothes. I've used it to pump hands free and it's awesome! It also allows you to do manual breast compressions during pumping to speed things up and increase output. I highly recommend it!!!

I ordered the kit of all sizes to see which worked best, as the 24mm were not working for me, the 19 mm have been great

I'm definitely ordering that hands free option today!

I can't help with #1 but for question #2 I actually made my own hands free bra. I used a nursing bra and found on Pinterest how to cut slits into it for the pump. Tried it out last night and it worked great and you can't see the it's in it while normal wear.
