If you had unlimited time off and funds to plan a vacation, where would you go?  Who would you take?

    I'd go to the UK in a heartbeat. DH had a business trip to England several years ago. I tagged along, and it was absolutely the most fun I have ever had in my life. I spent most of the week just walking around Hereford, and then we had a few days to drive around the countryside and see old castle ruins and manor houses. It was amazing!

    Europe as well. There is so much history and beautiful architecture.

    I am also a big fan of the beach vacation, but I figure we can stop off in the Mediterranian for that.

    Can I choose to visit multiple countries?  I would visit Scotland for my heritage, the Philippines for my husband's heritage, and Hawaii for a nice beach vacation.  I would bring the family and a babysitter or 2 to help out.  I can't imagine a flight to the Philippines with our 2 year old right now though so it wouldn't ever happen for a while

    I'd take DH and explore Australia / New Zealand.  Dive the Great Barrier Reef, see an opera in Sydney, all that stuff.

    New Zealand. For the scenery and the rugby, of course. Then Germany and Austria for a month to refresh my German and for Raegan to learn a little. I'd either hire a nanny or bring my parents along to help watch the girls.

    I would love to spend time in Belize. Stay on a private cay, and make day trips to the main land to see the jungles, plantations and shopping. I know DH would love it, but DD would need to be older and a nanny. Who wouldn't want a nanny if you had unlimited funds?

    This is hard! DH wants so badly to go to Ireland (great grandfather came from Ireland to the states during the potato famine.) and I really would love to go to Italy. So I would take just him and try to do both lol

    OR I'd get an RV and DH, DD and I would tour the USA. I live on the east coast and have seen just about everything east of the Mississippi but I want to see the rest!

    I would either go to Europe (England, Scotland, France, Italy, to name a few) or Australia. DH has Australia as his number one travel spot on his bucket list so I hope we get there one day!

    I would take 6 months or more and go all around the world. I would visit a few places I have never been (Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Costa Rica, Italy, etc). Then charter a yacht and visit the Mediterranean. Then go back to our favorite places like Germany to visit family. Then rent a house in the keys for a while to unwind before coming home.

    A girl can dream, right?

    I would just want to sit on a beach somewhere with crystal clear turquoise water. So my first thought is the Caribbean.
    But maybe since I've been there, I should be more adventurous and say the Mediterranean instead. Maybe one of those month long cruises or something.

    I'd spend a good month or two taking D to see all the places on the East coast that he's been learning about in American history. Then I'd send the boys back home and DH and I would take the really late honeymoon to Hawaii that we planned but never got to take.

    Anything can be made decent with maple syrup!
