  We are working on saying please and thank you. My daughter will say please but when she gets something she says "welcome" instead of thank you. It's very cute.

  DS says "thank you" to pretty much everything. If I hand him something, if he hands me something, if he does something I ask him to, if he stops doing something I ask him to stop doing, if he hands me something that I try to keep out of reach… All of these situations have him saying, "thank you" lol

  E days yeah to everything. When he hands his cup over for a refill and we ask him to say, "more juice please," he responds with "yeah," and this look on his face like why else would I give you my cup, dummy!

  Cute stories!
  Ds says "hot" when he sees a bright light but he says it in a lower pitch than usual. It give me a chuckle☺️

  He was trying to tell me to pick up the sippy cup he had just thrown off his high chair.

  Reminds me of the time my older nephew was holding a Thomas toy and a Percy toy and smashing them into each other and then informed us that "Thomas and Percy are banging!"  DH, SIL, and I completely lost it, and my poor nephew had no idea why we were laughing so hard. ;-)

  DD's word for a swing is "wee-wee." She calls it this because we would always say "Wheeee!" when we pushed her. We get some very strange looks when she says it until we explain. It's kind of embarrassing and cute at the same time.
