AW moment. It's a miracle!

I won't do this AW thing again, but I'm so damn excited I'm about to lose it! We had to start cry-it-out with DD (nursing to sleep stopped working, no fallback). Folks, we have radio silence!!!!! It's a freaking miracle! This is the baby that cries for hours in the car. 40 minutes with some checking in and voilà. Meanwhile I ate around 20,000 stressed out calories in candy but hey, worth it.

Question: if she wakes up do I go in there or repeat the crying?

    Sleep training=sanity saver. I remember going through that with my daughter ... I think I didn't get a full night's sleep until she was over one and a half. When I did, though ... oh man it is like being a new person. Everything is easier when you're actually rested. Go you and good luck!!

    I hope you get some rest!!
    My 13 mo old goes down like a champ, but has problems staying asleep. He's up anywhere between 430-630a. Some days he's easy to get back down. Others he's just a beast. FX your LO stays asleep!!

    Hope she made it through the rest of the night! I only go in if DS is hysterical, then we do a quick back rub and leave again. He almost always responds better when DH goes in, so he usually has the honors. Sometimes I'll lay in bed and listen to him babble for 20 or 30 minutes before he falls back asleep. He's clearly not upset, so we let him go. Good luck....STTN made me feel like a new woman!

    I am a fucking superhero! My superpower is my superness. I got pulled over today for speeding and the cop basically apologized to me and let me go. So yes, I'm feeling pretty awesome!

    We'll see how I feel after round 2 tonight.
