Having our baby girl today! UPDATE with PICTURE! :-)

Went to reg 37 weeks checkup....found out I am a loose 5 cm and bulging bag....they are admitting me and with my history baby will be here before long. Still not having any painful contractions...those will hit around 7 cm....intense and fast. Will update later on

Scarlett Grace is here! Born at 11:12 pm on October 1st, 2014! She weighed 6 lbs 15 oz and was 19.75" long. Head full of dark hair....she is my tiniest baby!

Short birth story- Been fighting having her way too early from preterm labor- got off meds and bedrest at 36 weeks....went to my normal midwife appt the day I was 37 weeks exact....5 cm and bulging bag of waters....she was scared it was going to rupture while she was checking me. I had no idea I was that dilated etc...still was having my usual non painful braxton hicks and very irregular. Midwife sent me as direct admit to labor and delivery. We got there and got hooked up to monitor- I was actually having pretty regular contractions but wasn't feeling them! 5-7 mins apart. Anyhow- I labored a wonderful much slower labor with her and eventually they broke my water and she was born 2 hours after that. She came out face up (sunny side up) and in 2 pushes....I ended up with a small 1st degree tear that needed a few stitches, but it was a great birth! I opted for the epidural this time as they were just sure she was gonna be over 8 lbs and they were all super worried of shoulder dystocia with her birth. I knew if she got stuck I didn't want to feel the pain of them getting her free. Obviously they were WAYYYYY wrong and she was an itty bitty thing with normal to little shoulder width....very easy birth other than her coming out the wrong way. I had a great birth and have no regrets for anything :-)

Scarlett and I are doing very well...They are keeping us for 2 days and we get to go home saturday. Here is a picture of her- enjoy! :-)

All our kids are in love with their new baby sister- what a wonderful day!!
