TL/DR: I have unbearable back pain when I move. I have already seen my OB and determined all is fine with baby. Not contractions. Should I: 1) go to ER? 2) get a physical therapy referral? Or 3) go to a chiropractor?
Monday night I did an intense walking workout on the treadmill. I woke up yesterday morning with intense back pain in my lower right side. It would come and go with differing intensity. I worried I may be having contractions. OB confirmed my cervix was closed and babys heartbeat was normal. She did urinalysis and found a small trace of blood which made her think it could possibly be a kidney stone. However, she says my pain would probably be completely debilitating and I would have difficulty peeing and other symptoms which I don't have. She concluded it was a muscular injury from the treadmill and for me to take tylenol and rest. I did that last night and felt great. I woke up feeling great too. But now that I have been moving the pain is back and seems to be worse. When I am still I feel completely fine but moving is horrible. I called my doctor back for her input and am waiting for a return call. I feel like my only options here are to go to the ER (notttt what I want), to get a referral for physical therapy or make an appointment with a chiropractor. Have any of you ladies experienced something like this or have any advice to share? I'm dreading every time I have to stand up to pee. By the time I get back to my desk I am almost in tears from pain!

Re: Back Injury. What to do? *UPDATE* Kidney stone =(
Monster Truck (It's a GIRL!) is due 19/02/2015!
Maybe set up an appt for both pt and chiro and go to the cheaper one first? I know my pt copay is way cheaper than chiro copay. If the first doesn't help, go to the other appt.

@DronkeyGal I've had kidney stones a couple of times (some needing surgery, some just a stent, and some waiting it out) Last one I had was at the beginning of pregnancy with DD. Get some lemonade!!! The acidity can help break down the stones and you need to stay super hydrated. Good luck! I know it is awful... And not to burst your bubble, but labor was still way worse! Whoever said kidney stones were worse was definitely MALE and trying to make themselves feel better! (At least with labor you have an absolutely amazing result that makes it all worth it and makes us forget about the pain!)
