    Thanks for checking in. The case has still not been dismissed and there is another hearing November 5. :-/

    So frustrating!!  I'm coming to hate the legal system. 

    Our initial appearance for little E has now been rescheduled twice.  We got placement in July, so it was originally scheduled for August, then September and now the end of October.  We need to get this done so the clock can start ticking for the state to be able to request termination of parental rights.  I feel your pain!
