Sounds to me like you're getting fat. How tragic. Probably has nothing to do with your enlarged uterus, amniotic fluids, increased blood volume, or fetus.

Yes, what you're experiencing is normal. A lot of women gain a pound a week or so. For crying out loud.
Are we really going to have to read about someone's outrageous weight gain everyday? If this is your 3rd pregnancy, you should know what is normal and what is not normal in regards to gaining weight. If not, you should be talking to your doctor at your appointments about any concerns you have. Please search the old posts and see what has been discussed recently. This "Have I gained too much/Have I gained too little" post is getting old.
Of course it's normal. If you are worried about gaining too much weight maybe you should try healthier food habits and light exercise. Complaining about it will do nothing for you.
I've already gained 15lbs and I'm only 16 weeks!! Is this normal for anyone else. I'm freaking out oh plus I'm on my 3rd baby!
Your question literally makes no sense. Even if you find one other person in your scenario, that does not make it normal, abnormal, or anything in between.
This is the internet. You could find someone who's been to the freaking moon! Does that make moon visits normal? Yeah, didn't think so.
I love how friendly everyone is. Can we say HORMONES??!! Clearly everyone is a pregnancy blogging expert!!!! Congratulations to you all on your outstanding achievements!

Iv gained 22lbs and I'm on week 18, from what my doctor is saying yep pretty normal. As long as you don't suddenly gain like 10lbs in water weight, but every pregnancy is different. If your worried about it ask your OB
Wow! Seriously I've just now read this since I am a working mother and I don't NORMALLY complain on here I just sit back and read what I have in common with others on here as well. I just wanted some feedback and make sure I'm not going crazy. Yes, this is my 3rd baby but my 2 older children are 9 and 7 so it's been a while and I'm older now so u tend to forgot things like that. I did not see any other WEIGHT posts, if I did I wouldn't of asked myself. Sorry to "annoy" people. But thanks to the ones who actually had some positive feedback!
Wow, that's way more of an attack than anyone's given you. They gave legit info. This had been posted many (many) times in the previous days. A simple search or glance on the first or second page would have brought that to light. This board is sarcastic, witty, honest, and to the point. Most new people will get some flack because you come in shouting. Take the time to get to know the board. It's a pretty amazing group of ladies that you are giving attitude to.
You can definitely still participate, please just take the time to read the stickies at the top. Lurk a bit and see if this board is the right fit for you.
wow like I said attitudes… I was given the attitude 1st because I asked a question that had already been asked before, maybe that's just a concern for some woman due to health reasons. Y'all shouldn't bash people because of it. Excuse me! Yes I work that's why I don't get on here very often and don't see EVERY post that's on here it would take me hours to read everything anyone has ever said.
U obviously didn't read my previous comments above. I do read comments and I normally don't get on here and complain and/or ask questions. This is the 1st thing I have ever asked and I get responses like this. Sorry if I pissed people off, just asked a question
No you just asked a question that had been asked at least 10 times in as many days and once by you already. If you don't have time to read what people respond with don't ask the same fucking question a second time. Kthxbye
If memory serves me correctly, there were at least 2 other weight related posts in the same day you posted yours. And several in the few days prior to yours. It is very easy to just read the title of the posts for a couple pages back. Only takes a few seconds on each page. When the same question is asked repeatedly it gets very frustrating. Plus if you want the ladies on here to show you support you have to also be supportive. I feel very supported by all of them, even if I don't have the same opinion as all of them all the time. Also, asking the same question more than once is going to get you even more snark, and what you call, attitude.
Ok, y'all can stop attacking me I get it I piss u off for posting more than once about something that's already been mentioned before me, I honesty didn't think my 1st post went through bc I've never posted a question on here before! I haven't seem any weight gain related posts on here, maybe I missed them so that's why I asked. Sorry!
Btw I never thought I would get attitudes from womans who are suppose to be on the same page. It's a shame that woman treat one another like this. Goodnight!
Your post or posts didn't annoy me. I have better things to do then worry about if something was posted more than once. And really don't have time to go out of my way to be mean to another person over nothing important in life. I would just not post. I too have gain 14lbs and am 18 weeks. I talked to my doctor and she said it was fine, since I was thin to start with. So, ask at you next appointment and don't stress. Also, try to ignore mean posts and maybe try other forums on different sites where the women are nice and not annoyed so easily. Sorry this isn't the place to find support and advice, I guess it a little like high school and this is the mean girl clique.
