Advice from BTDT moms: Are these "deals" worth it?

I got a bunch of coupons for free items from my OB, but all the free items have about a $15 shipping fee. Just wondering if you thought any of these were worth it. No other purchases required, although god knows what lists my info will subsequently be on. The deals came from:

I would agree that most aren't worth the shipping. Personally reusable breast pads didn't work for me, I was just too leaky! I second the Lansinoh disposables-the bomb!

I got the nursing cover and the seven sling last time, but I think I found a deal with free shipping too, so there was nothing to lose. I never got any junk mail, but I also moved soon after.

The nursing cover was fine. I actually liked it better than the more expensive brands because it was very lightweight, which was great for summer, and it rolled up to about the size of a pair of socks, so it fit in any purse or diaper bag. Though I gave up on covers after a few weeks.

The sling is a piece of shit.

I did the baby leggings. I think I also piggybacked on a sale and paid something like $12 for 7pairs. It was worth it IMO, but I also got them later (after a year old) and my guy hasn't worn them much yet. Hoping they'll be nice while we potty train this winter.

I used a fleece blanket draped over the car seat, even for my late November baby, so the the cover seems like a waste. I have a wrap (not a Moby) that was given to me from. friend, so I haven't tried slings, but I had heard the seven ones are not that great.

Loved my nursing cover from there. The sling you can seriously make yourself and it last for month and then baby is too big.

Nope to all of them IMO except maybe the nursing cover if that's something you'll use. I found it easier to just use a thin muslin blanket when needed though

I got the same deals and went on to Amazon to see how much the products cost on their site. Many of them were on prime for around $2-10 which is less than the shipping you have to pay to get the items through the "deals"

I loved my carseat canopy with DD. When she was a newborn I would use it to cover her up wherever we went to keep people away. It was especially great if she was asleep, we could be in church, a restaurant, or a grocery store without waking her. DS was an August baby and I made him one using DD's as a guide and we ended up using it a lot too.

I also got the nursing cover. I probably only used it a handful of times because I preferred to just nurse in my car with no cover than nurse in a restaurant or someplace with it. I also liked using an A&A blanket for a cover.

I didn't have any of the other things.

I wouldn't personally do any of them. I did get some baby leggings but not through that promo. I liked them. Car seat canopy I like their concept but prefer Itzy Ritzy.

I really like my 7 sling, haven't had any issues with them, used them with both my older kids around 8-16mos. I also did the baby legs, but never really used them, except for potty training in the winter. It's like $10 for shipping, so I thought it was worth it to try it.
