@aarg Birth Story: We've joined Team Pink!

And thank you ladies for all your kind words! :)

So here is our story:
Most know I was already scheduled for a CSection October 1st.

So the night before, my husband and I got everything ready and prepped for me to be at the hospital by 7:30am for my 9:30am CSection.
Whelp... Baby had other plans!

After getting up to the bathroom at 2:30am, as I climbed back into bed, my water broke! I honestly didn't think it did! I really thought I had peed myself! Haha
But no, it kept coming!
My husband and I hopped in the car and headed to the hospital.
Once we arrived, they confirmed the breech position and we went in and got ready for baby!
I received the spinal block as my anesthesia and it felt so weird that I literally had a laughing fit in the OR! The nurses just laughed right along with me. I felt absolutely amazing to have such a positive and loving staff by my side during the prepping.
My husband was a true champ, even after being thrown up on!
Once baby was pulled from the incision, my husband excitedly announced we had a baby GIRL!!
We couldn't believe it!

Ms. Hazel Makenzie was born at 5:24am on October 1st. 7lbs5oz & 18.5in!

We are so in love with her.

I am feeling really good about my recovery so far and so is the nursing staff. I get to take a shower today! :)
