Anyone pregnant immediately after MC?

So quick background, July 2013 our Son was stillborn at 25 weeks, Feb 2014 I had my first miscarriage, and then this past August I had my 2nd miscarriage. I became pregnant immediately after the last MC, so no period in between. I've been seeing all sorts of doctors, and one of them gave me the look like oooo you shouldn't have done that (which clearly doesn't help!). So far I am 7w4d and we saw a heartbeat last week - which is the farthest we've made it since our Son. I'm still worried, has anyone made it farther along in the same situation?

Thanks that helps knowing someone was successful immediately after a MC.. I just couldn't believe this specialist who gave me the look like ooooo bad move! It's like look it's already done, lets just hope for the best. Fingers crossed though, with seeing the heartbeat and everything this is the farthest we've made it in well over a year

I also had a miscarriage in August. My OB said we could TTC right away, but not to expect anything for a few cycles. But....here I am, estimating 4w4d. It's still super early for me, so I can't tell you what wi happen, but I'm thankful & nervous!

So sorry for your first loss, I hope this one makes it through for you. We're almost on the same schedule, I'm due 5/18. It's pretty crazy how it happens though, just waiting for your period to come and it just never did!

i'm so sorry for your losses. i'm 25w with a healthy pregnancy that happened right after a NMC i had in april. i have also seen it go either way. we were NTNP because my OB at the time had given me very little guidance and wasn't returning my calls, so i kind of relied on the internet for advice (i wouldn't recommend that, lol). needless to say, i'm seeing a different OB now, who shrugged and told me that he would have had me wait one cycle to make sure there was no retained tissue (which he also said was pretty rare with early losses like i had), but what was done was done and all we could do was move forward, and that was the end of it. i hope the next 7-8 months go smoothly and uneventfully for you, and i'm sorry for the way the specialist treated you.

I'm so very sorry for your losses. I had a miscarriage in March and got pregnant 2 weeks later. I never got a period in between. I was extremely nervous when I went to the doctor because she had told us to wait at least one full cycle before trying again. I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant. So far this pregnancy is going well. The best advice I can give you is to try and enjoy the pregnancy. I know you will be nervous and scared but just enjoy this miracle as much as possible!! Praying you have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy, happy baby!

I am currently 6w+2 after a mc that happened at 6w+3 at end of June . I had a cycle after that. Then fell pregnant again straight away and lost it at 4w + a few days. And then fell pregnant straight away (my current pregnancy)without a cycle in between. I have symptoms this time around that I have never had before. Breasts fuller, dizziness, peeing constantly, exhaustion. So in a way I feel like this could be the one that sticks. But on the other hand I feel my chest a millions times a day in fear that it's deflated, and I check for blood every time I wipe! I'm scared that I may loose this pregnancy but I do not have a fear that I would loose it because of not waiting long enough after my previous mc's. I've been taking aspirin this time around and double strength prenatal vits. My doctor also gave me stick about trying straight away. The funny thing is that we decided not to Tcc last month and then I ovulated a week early. It was a nice surprise

I have a scan in 5 days , so nervous. fingers crossed for us both!

I do the same thing! I'm constantly looking down at my chest, checking in with my nausea, things like that. And then everytime I go to the bathroom, I'm scared to look down or wipe and see the slightest bit of anything. I'm hoping you have a good scan coming up!! I'm also on the baby aspirin and I also have to give myself nightly injections of blood thinners. They are so painful but I will do anything to help keep this pregnancy going

My doctor always made me wait 1-3 cycles depending on how far along I was when I miscarried. This past time I had a chemical pregnancy in May and conceived on or about July 10/12...anyway I hear you have increased fertility after a miscarriage. Not sure if that is true or not. Best of luck though. Many prayers for a healthy nine months to you. Also sorry for your previous losses. I sincerely hope this is indeed your wonderful rainbow.

Hi I got pregnant 3 weeks after my miscarriage on July 29th. I am now 8 weeks and 3 days. My dr told me there is no need to wait after an early miscarriage. Most drs tell you to wait for dating purposes. Two of my best friends are doctors and they told me the same thing. I have a friend who just delivered a healthy boy last month and she got pregnant right after her miscarriage. So don't stress! Wish you a healthy pregnancy.

I'm sorry for your losses

I got pg with my daughter the cycle of a chemical pregnancy. She is now a very healthy 4 year old. In Jan '13 I miscarried, got pg again right away and then miscarried again in Feb '13. So I have experienced both ways. The fact that you saw a hb already is a very good sign though. Best wishes to you for a healthy pregnancy!

Hi, I've had 3 miscarriages; Aug 2003 14 weeks blighted ovum, Jan 2014 10w4d, and Jun 2014 5weeks. Had a work up done in June but all tests were normal. Dr said to wait one cycle since it was an early mc but... pregnant exactly one month later, no cycle in between. I requested 2 beta hcg 48hrs apart from my pcp and forwarded results to my ob, who made me wait 2 1/2 weeks for u/s to be sure we would be able to see something.

Currently 14 weeks, everything looks good but I still get anxiety, check toilet paper every single time, my dh obsessed over the nt scan until I told him it was normal. I would like to think that we will relax once that baby is in our arms, but who knows. Just taking it one day at a time. Good luck with your pregnancy, may we all have healthy LOs.

Ahh I hear ya, every time I go to the bathroom I'm examining every.single.time. Even in the middle of the night when I go, I have to turn the light on - not fun! I'm glad everything is going well for you at 14 weeks, when did you have the nt scan? I'm about 7w6d and had somewhat of a panic attack the other day so called my OB and she got me in for an ultrasound. Baby was still hanging out, heart beating away - kind of like 'don't worry Mom-I've got this!'.

I feel like once we make it through the pregnancies, and their in our arms then a whole new set of worries begin!! O motherhood
