WWA14D leaving baby

So I know I'm overthinking this big time..but I have mixed emotions. A family friend, who I completely trust, insisted on watching LO one day next week while I go have a free day!

The only worry is..nobody besides my mom and MIL have ever watched Henry. So I'm a little apprehensive to send him. She's held him a few times at church (no problems). She also has two boys...so I know she'd do great! I'm just a lil overprotective

and "crazy" as my husband likes to say.

To send or not to send..that is the question. TIA!

I'm crazy too as LO has only been watched by my mom and daycare. I'm trying to get over that for more date nights since my mom is 5 hours away! I say give it a shot and to have her come over for a couple of hours while you are home during nap time and feeding time so you can be comfortable with her watching him all day.

You're not the only one. I'm not particularly excited to let certain people watch LO but I need the time alone. Relax and enjoy it.

Doesn't have to be all day. What if you & LO go over together for a bit and then you leave for a few hours? Mani/Pedi, massage, nap, shopping?

@SarahL2P‌ Between nap times is a great idea. That deff makes me feel better.

Thanks y'all. I think I may run to the grocery store and grab lunch close to home in between naps. Like @Andrewsgal‌ said...I need to get over this. Now or never.
