Has anyone else experienced what they thought were braxton hicks contractions but turned out to be uterine wall spasms? Is there anything that makes them better for anyone or is this something one is stuck dealing with until baby arrives?
My midwife mentioned something like this and said it can be caused by dehydration. I haven't personally experienced it though. Make sure you are drinking 10 cups of water a day and keeping a healthy diet. That will probably help, but if it doesn't ask your doctor.
It's normal. But all ways talk to your doctor any time some thing changes. They should be able to ease your mind and drinking tons of water is great advice. 10-12 8 Oz glasses daily is what's recommended by my L&D. Diluted fruit juice works as well.
