10 weeks vs 29.5 weeks. Guys I feel sick to my stomach. I just look so flubby and frumpy. I don't mind the belly getting bigger but dang...I'm bigger all over.
You look great! Your body's doing such an amazing job growing that baby
I understand feeling chubby and frumpy though - I have had the same feelings. I think it's really hard to adjust to your body not feeling like what you're used to. Be kind to yourself
Me: 34 - PCOS | DH: 30 - everything looks good!

I know the feeling. I have maternity clothes that I bought much earlier on that don't fit anymore. Maternity clothes. And of course everyone has to tell me about how they or their friend was in their regular jeans right up until the due date (haaate). Ugh, I feel like a land whale.
Still, I don't see "big all over" in your picture at all. It looks like it's all baby.

Thanks ladies. I really deserve to be roasted for even posting this nonsense. I had this weird idea that because I was working out so much I wouldn't get all frumpy dumpy. And, this is my third pregnancy! I'm an idiot. It's just been a bad day.
I completely feel the same way too. I've never felt so frumpy in my life. Maternity clothes are not always the most flattering and I think that contributes. I haven't taken a "bump" pic since week 20 since I am afraid I will feel even worse about myself. I am still upset w/ my sis for getting a pic a few weeks ago at a family wedding.
Hang in there it's almost over! Pregnancy is a mind f*#€! I also feel frumpy dumpy and my underwear no longer stay up because they roll down the flab portion of my bump.
But i promise you don't look flabby. You look pregnant

I truly don't mind the bump. I love not having to worry about my belly (a problem area for me when not pregnant). And, I find pregnant women to be very beautiful. I just had a really rotten day and felt so big and frumpy all over.

I am so glad I'm not the only one this happens to.

I'm seriously considering duct taping the effers to my stomach. So uncomfortable! It lands right on the C-sec scar and gets itchy and it's just down right annoying! Definitely not alone!

I understand the feeling. DH took pictures at the beach today, let's just say I cried when I saw them and looked like a beached whale. I felt like wayyyy more than just my belly got bigger. We are our own harshest critics, he swears I still look like a cute pregnant lady not a big fat ball o' cellulite.

((Creepy hugs)) We understand. You've earned a "dumb" post or twelve with how awesome and supportive you've been of everyone else. Plus, you're just saying what a lot of us are feeling right now.
I think you deserve some love... and ice cream.

Aw, quit making me cry! Thank you. I would definitely take some peppermint ice cream with hot fudge right now.
DH and I were just discussing how much mat jeans suck. They are loose and saggy in wrong places, and tight and weird in other wrong places. I honestly think your maternity jeans in the second pic are just a poor fit and that's what looks frumpy to you.
So very very true. They fit me horribly. I just have given up on finding ones that do.
You look great! But I feel the same way. My legs and arms have gotten so much bigger. I refuse to weigh myself and I have hidden all my clothes that no longer fit (including some maternity clothes) I just keep telling myself I can worry about it after baby is here and work extra hard to loose the weight!
Chica.. I have to be honest. You look pretty damn good to me. Obviously no one is going to be a worse critic than you. But, besides a bigger bumb and bigger boobs, I don't know what you're seeing. I now have thigh cellulite. Like, in the front. from my undies that don't stay up to my knees. What the eff is that? But guess what? My friggin boobs are the same exact size as they've always been... This shit is all stupid... I never really understood what a mind fuck this pregnancy body would be. You see models in maternity ads with twig legs and arms...and this little ball-bump. No one talks about the other crap. My ankles are HUGE. and that's the only thing on my body that I ever considered dainty... ga-ross.
Anyway.. long story short: i feel ya. You look good to me. I'm sure I look good to you. We're all a friggin mess. But at least it's going to be big bulky sweater weather soon. And, this year, leggings are totally pants. Peace out.
As for pp that said they had to buy bigger mat clothes, I did too with my first, my hips and thighs got wide and my mat jeans didn't fit anymore at the end. But it all went back to normal!

I have to agree with PPs...you really look lovely, and just as you're supposed to. Finding clothing to feel good in is such a challenge when your body is not only a different size, but a different shape than you're accustomed to.
PS- I think we could start a whole thread about underwear. I definitely don't have it figured out. It's either rolling down, or I buy humongous underwear that can go up over my belly button. Ugh.
Re: I shouldn't have compared. Awwwish vent
Your bump is adorable. Hang in there mama!

I am sure if you had everyone compare their 10 week photo to their most recent there is a noteable difference.
I have certainly "popped" over the last week or so. So much so it is a process to roll from my one side to the other.
