  My best friend had 4 kids and she says they followed this pattern but she told me higher heart rates (160+) are girls and lower heart rates (150-) are boys. My first baby had HR around 145-150 and is a boy. This baby's HR was 161 and I about burst into tears in the ultrasound room when I heard it.

  Thank you ladies!! I'm hoping for a little girl but I'll be happy with a boy as well so thank you for that little wives tale next week I go for my sequential screening and they are giving me an ultrasound I can't wait to see what the baby will look like!! 10 weeks 3 days today.
