Summer camp is this weird?

So DD went to sleep away camp last year and loved it. She asked to go for two weeks this year and I said yes. Now my BF is sending her daughter (DDs close friend) so the girls are going together. Her daughter only wants to go a week. Would it be odd to send Dd to two one week sessions? She really wants to go with her friend but wants to go for two weeks.

How FUN!!! Emily is really looking forward to Girl Scout Exploree/Sleep away this year - we don't have any sleep-away summer camps that work with our schedule this year. Not weird to do the two single week camps at all - who wouldn't want to be with their friends?!?
