The WORST headaches imaginable!!!

On Monday my doctor told me I was anemic so I'll be starting an iron supplement to fix it. But since last Saturday I have had the worst headache. Some days it's to the point where I'm just so dizzy and I feel like I'm going to fall over anytime I move or the room is spinning. I'm 11 weeks and this is the first week I've had any type of MS. My doctor prescribed me zofran. I don't know what else to do, work has told me to not call off unless I'm puking!!

Urgh..that's horrible, sorry your dealing with this. I tend to suffer with anemia when I'm pregnant, without suppliments I have headaches, tired, dizzy, and sluggish. Hopefully once you have the iron in your system it should start to help your symptoms. If it dosent I would call your doctor and follow up with her. I still have days where I have headaches and dizzy spells, but they really aren't as bad as they are without my iron suppliments.

I had ice pick headaches and muscle spasms... The only thing that stopped it was a potassium- magnesium supplement. I still get the occasional dull ache, but it is much better. For that I pop a COQ10 and it is gone in 20 mins!

Thanks guys. Hopefully in a week or so it clears up. And @taahira‌ I'm nervous to start my iron supplements because I don't want to be constipated.

That's the downside that you will be constipated. But change your diet and it does help some what. It's important to make sure you stay on top of your anemia, mine was really low on my first pregnancy, and I didn't stay on top of the supplements. In the last weeks of pregnancy I was given iron infusions to raise my levels before labor.
