(TMI warning) Strange Discharge as Labor approaches? Not the typical "mucus" consistency...

So i'm 36+2, feels like baby boy has dropped as of yesterday because there is definitely intense pressure in my pelvic region and lower abs, pain spreading into hips, insomnia last night (for the first time this whole pregnancy), been suuuuper tired, have had increases in strange fluttery sensations in my chest, feeling almost fluish mainly in the mornings but no fever, decreased appetite, had almost zero heartburn the last few weeks and the yesterday had a HUGE increase in heartburn and/or acid reflux, the sciatica pain i've been experiencing the entire pregnancy has actually decreased, increasing back pain, increased pressure on bladder and bowels, increased crampiness, pelvis feels like it's separating from itself.. hehe.. 

Yesterday I noticed that nearly every time I wiped after relieving my bladder there were particles (debris?) of brown on the tissue. Just curious if anyone else has had this form of discharge toward the end of pregnancy. Also, a couple days ago I had a really really weird discharge after DTD that was white and spongy (TMI alert: it was like wet white bread consistency), anyone familiar with these types of discharge as labor approaches by chance??

    White and spongy sounds like it could be the mucus plug.  If you're not too grossed out easy, google picture of mucus plug - some are bloody and some are white and gooey. 
    Married on October 20, 2012.  Began trying in January 2013.
    RE appointment & testing December 2013 - February 2014= Unexplained IF, possible endometriosis
    IUI#1- March 22 (100mg clomid, 75 mg of Bravelle, Ovidrel trigger) = BFP!!!

    Could be your mucus plug. Even so, it regenerates throughout pg. It means nothing for when labor might begin.

    This is exactly what I had, I thought it was WAY to dark to be blood and watery but still thickish sometimes to be my mucus plug (just the wrong consistency) I went to the hospital for it for me it was old blood from my cervix changing that was just now coming out but mixed with normal discharge.
