AW: Office Baby Shower

So, this is really really late because my office baby shower was a little over a month ago. I wanted to make this it's own AW thread partly to live up to my reputation and partly because I want to AW over my husband yet again. I actually had selfish reasons for delaying posting about it. They took photos, but the person with the camera went on vacation the week after and then didn't get them to me my last week at the office, then I had a baby, so, been kind of busy. I never got the photos, but I do have some photos that another co-worker took with her phone. Unfortunately, I am not happy with how I look in any of them, but I am kind of over it now.

As some of you recall, the shower was a milk and cookies party. It was really awesome. They really put a lot of time and effort into it. It was really touching. I am always the one to plan these things for the office, so they really wanted to do something nice for me. I think they did an excellent job.

For another co-worker's bridal shower, we got her fiance to send a video. It was kind of a tearjerker because her husband is in the military and they only get to see each other every few months. For my shower, my husband was out of town for work as he often is. He wasn't in some crazy tundra this time, but since he couldn't be that the shower, they asked him to send a video. My husband is really good at these things because he has that internet show he does. Anyway, at the end of the shower, they told me that there was a video. They asked me if I wanted tissue and I was like, no, I don't need any, I am not going to cry. Then about a minute into the video, I start bawling and was like, never mind, pass the tissue, totally crying! https://youtu.be/oYeCbLIGp6o
