Belly hard on one side?

My stomach is hard on the right but squishy on the left? Is it the position of the baby?

    Could be.  Could be gas build-up, too.

    It's very possible. There are times when I can definitely feel a hard little bump and I can tell it's the baby. I notice it most when I lay on my back in bed.

    I've had that lately. It's swapped sides a couple times. About the size of a baseball (or a bit bigger)! It's more to the left or more to the right. It seems to happen from sleeping. I thought it might be uterus, but not sure it should be moving that much? Plan to ask OB next week! But hope some other ladies have some insight. :)

    Yes!!! My right side feels much harder! I am guessing the baby is there. When I had my ultrasound, I was asked to lay down on left so the technician could access my right side easily!

    The top of my stomach is harder than the bottom. I'm assuming it's all ute because the baby was very low when we heard the heartbeat on Monday.

    I have found that since this happened (feeling this hard lump in my abdomen), I have been rubbing my stomach, all the time. I'm afraid that my baby is going to start feeling like a cat with all the rubbing I'm doing! Has anyone else started doing this, or did I just develop a really odd habit?
