How often do you feed your baby fish? What kind of fish does he/she like and how do you prepare it?
Salmon was my go-to for DS but he went off it and I'm looking for alternatives. A dietitian I met said twice a week is important for development. What have you heard?
Re: Fish for Baby
I though you were going to say something about getting your LO a pet fish.
We don't have it often but I usually make tilapia or cod. We like any firm white fish. I sprinkle old Bay seasoning and thin slices of lemon on top and bake in the oven until done.
For my 4 yr old I call all fish, fish sticks. He has had them since he was young so it's easier than describing each new dish

Haha, you are correct. I shudder at the thought of eating it.

Thanks ladies!
But, back to your actual question... We eat fish very rarely, maybe once every month or two, and usually salmon. I would like to incorporate it more frequently. LO has had it cooked in foil on the grill and thought it was ok.
Haha I thought the same thing! Usually once a week we have cod, haddock or salmon. She loves fish!!
