  • Did great over the weekend, hit my 10k goal for steps three days straight. I was up this morning at 6:00 walking with B. Gave DH a chance to sleep in.

    Plan to hit 10k steps at least 6 days this week. Joined two small dietbets for motivation, they are addicting. I promise not to bitch at the end this time.

    Goal: get to a healthy weight and, more importantly, stay there.

    I have a baby book and need to catch up. I really need to print a bunch of pictures off my phone!

  • Last week: The rain is killing me!!! We haven't played soccer in two weeks because the fields are flooded by Sunday. So it's been rough, but at least I seem to be watching what I am eating.  I did go to Disney twice and walked around a lot.

    This week: Get some runs in, maybe a swim, and hopefully soccer.

    Goal: Less than 6 weeks left until half marathon. 

    Do you keep a baby book for your LO(s)?: Fun question. I made a scrapbook for her first year, which needs to be finished, I just haven't printed pictures from the last month.  And I have a little diary that I write notes in, but not a true baby book.

  • Aww @melOHdy‌ I know how you feel, I don't think I have run in three weeks!! When I get out I just want to leisurely walk. Hope you can continue to join us some and just update when you do feel accomplished. Do your thang!

    This week: the same. I finish "alpha" and start "beta" next week!

    Goal: tone up!!

    Do you keep a baby book for your LO(s)?: I have 2. I also have a first year photo book on shutterfly that I need to finalized. The picture are in order but I need to design it!

  • Last week- boo. Never ending cold. I thought about running the 20 on Sunday and had a chest cough when I woke up and decided I shouldn't. So I only ran 14. Haha, only. I was really disappointed and nervous because I feel like I need to get my last long runs in but as long as I do 22 this weekend I should be ok to run the race. The cold has made me eat comfort food and really slack working out though as I just feel so drained. Stupid cold.

    This week- kick the sickness and work out at least twice before going out of town this weekend. Visiting my sister in NYC and running my 22 miles there. It's supposed to rain so it may be on a treadmill! Also must eat more veggies and fruit. Doing better in that department so far.

    I do keep a baby book for both boys. I'm decent at keeping it updated. I tend to make sure I save scraps and notes and tuck them in and every few months I fill I'm info as needed.
