So I'm at day 21....and no O yet! I have been testing for 5 months and always Oed. I'm so confused and nervous. My pink pad app says I'm only 13 days out before Aunt Flow is due and according to its tracking, I am at peak today. I'm so sad...is it possible to not O? I've never had this experience. Thanks for the support and excuse the nativity.
I'm no expert -- new to this myself, but I don't think it's uncommon to occasionally have a cycle where you don't ovulate. Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in too, but I think every now and then you can just have an anovulatory cycle for any number of (not necessarily worrying) reasons.
Also, it's possible that if your temping was affected by travel, drinking, stress, lack of sleep, etc. that you did in fact ovulate but your chart just isn't showing it.
Yes, anovulatory cycles can and do occur, but just bc you are cd21 do not count yourself out. Do you not chart with temp? If you don't then how do you typically know when you have/have not? What is pink pad? If you reach 60 days without a + hpt or blood flow most suggest getting a prescription from your gyn/dr for provera to start your cycle.
As @kelley72 said, it is possible to not ovulate or to ovulate late. I would suggest starting to temping so you can confirm you ovulated. Fertility Friend has a great app that analyzes your temperature shifts pretty accurately. This pass cycle, I found out I actually tried to ovulate twice. Once was on CD10 my body tried, but wasn't successful. The second time was successful on CD 19. I usually O days 12-14, so it is possible to ovulate later. Keep burning up the sheets for a few more days. Good luck.
Agree with the others. It certainly is possible to have anovulatory cycles, and as @kelley72 points out, it's a good idea to look into Provera if AF doesn't eventually show up on her own.
However, it's also definitely possible to just ovulate late. I did on CD 21 last cycle. I wouldn't blame you for being a bit sexed out, but try to keep at it!

Do you temp? A few times I O'ed as late as day 22/23 when I travelled.
TTC#1 since Aug 2013, I'm 37, DH 41.

I'm very sensitive to diet (gluten, avoid processed foods) and environment. Have a history of inflammation and tendinitis before going off gluten in 2009.
July 2014 - RE Visit #1: Eggs look good, Endometrioma on R ovary, HSG showed blocked R tube close to ovary. DH SA normal
DX: Endometriosis probably the IF cause and gunking up tubes. Since egg reserve is high, RE says I can wait a couple months and then get laproscopic surgery to remove endo & clear tube. If that doesn't help then move to IVF.
Dec 2014 - Saw new RE - does not recommend surgery on tube as it isn't likely to help. Doubts I have endometriosis. My endometrioma shrunk to neglible size (yay!)
One month I didn't ovulate until cd 50. Quite frustrating. I recommend charting and not relying on an app. You could be having an anovulatory cycle or you might just be having a delayed ovulation.

Thanks all. Day 22, no O, still 2 bars on my clearblue monitor. Call dr yesterday, and I am going in this afternoon for them to test progesterone levels. I had blood test at day 5, so hopefully they will be able tell me what's the next step. Ah, the joys, right? Happy Fri.
@lcwed how do you know your body tried to O twice? This is interesting to me... I've been having fertile CM, but no positive OPK and low temps still. This has been going on for 5 days (I'm CD21 now but last cycle I O'd cd39 so clearly nothing is normal regarding typical timing). I've been BDing throughout fertile CM patch but I think it may be a waste if I'm actually not going to O for another 2 weeks (if it's like last cycle). Think that's my body trying?

I'm late to the game but wanted to say good luck and I agree with PP. I O'd on CD 43 one cycle. Who knows why. It's frustrating, isn't it? Get fertility friend, and start temping and using OPKs if you realty want to know what's going on - the other apps project your O day using your "usual" cycle length and a 14 day luteal phase, which isn't reality for most.

@mcodea88 I didn't know it had happened until after the fact. I had some fertile CM and a super low dip but no temperature rise and didn't turn an OPK. 7 days later I had another low dip, then temperature rise. I think you can see it in my previous chart. I would either keep going or wait until a +OPK. We only hit one day in the window because I assumed I just wasn't going to ovulate and went to having sex whenever we wanted.
Thanks all. I'm happy to report my dr called today and confirmed I did O based on the two bloodwork levels they did. Now fingers crossed for sticky dust and all the jazz.
