I was told per my 20 week ultrasound that me baby has enlarged renal pelvis and I'm worried...has anybody else had to deal with this?

I have no experience, but it sounds like it is common to hear this, and that a second u/s to check for widening is done if it is of concern. Are you going in for a followup?
