Why me? (EI vent)

So last year DS2 got aged out of the system because our terrible service coordinator decided DS1 and DS2 were twins.  They're almost exactly 2 years apart, so when DS1 aged out he aged DS2 out as well.

I took a month to get that straightened out.

Our new service coordinator decided she doesn't like the job so she is leaving and wanted to get all the October cases wrapped up early.  So we had DS2's IFSP meeting last week (a month early, YAY! on time for once!) and yesterday morning all our therapists received a "DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICES" receipt.

Instead of renewing all our authorizations they cancelled all of his services.

    Ugh. How frustrating. We recently cancelled our PT services thru EI (by choice, and we're now doing PT through our local children's hospital's clinic), bc of less than stellar services/therapist. I think the EI system is great and all, but certainly not without its flaws.

    Sorry you guys are having such a tough time with it. Can you bring this issue to someone higher up like a director? Hope you get it all straightened out asap.

    How completely awful.. I am so sorry you are having to go through all of this. What a nightmare.

    7/5/11 MC at 8 weeks. 5/17/12 BFP, twins EDD 1/20/13! 6/20/12 Baby B's heart has stopped beating. 8/31/12 Baby A is a boy! And is perfectly healthy and thriving. 1/19/2013 emergency c-section, Thoren is perfect. 3/1/2013 told i will never be able to conceive again. 12/16/13 told they were wrong!
