TTC second child for 3 years now

I'm new to this online forum thing, but I'm finally just at my wits end. We had our first son in 2010. And 13 months later we started trying for number 2 well, I just had an HSG 5 weeks ago, and found out everything is okay. And got my period today, along with my period came more tears, more depression and more doutinbig that we will ever have another child. I was Hoping that this was the month, I was 3 days latew, not any signs of my period coming then, BAM. I'm just so discouraged this is taking a toll on me. I just don't know anymore.

I'm very sorry you're feeling discouraged, we all understand and please feel free to vent when you need to.

P.S. My son was also born in '10.

I'm sorry! It's good that your HSG was clear but also sucks that they can't pinpoint a problem. I'm in the same boat.

DS was also born in '10. It's so stressful seeing the age gap get bigger and bigger each month. Are you currently seeing an RE? If not, I would find one immediately. Also, do you temp each month? That is so helpful to me to see our timing each month. If you don't, check out the newbie blog on TTGP. It has so much info on temping. Good luck to you and welcome to the board!

Ditto what everyone else has said. After three years, you just need to go to a specialist. But, while waiting, read the TTGP newbie blog and start temping and charting. It will give you more information to help as you go forward! Good luck!
