I have really bad morning sickness I have tried everything and nothing works the midwife says it's normal and that baby is getting all I need not that I know how or from what any one else suffering

Call your doctor!!! I did today and got prescribed zofran. Pinterest is also a life saver, so many home remedies, recipes, and tricks to clear up MS or keep the symptoms very mild. Another thing to try is motion sickness bracelets available at target or Walmart:)

There are tons of advice on here. It's been covered so many times. Search function is your friend.
Call your doctor, they will give you medication typically Zofran. No need to suffer.
