Ovary Pain...

Every so often I get pains in my right ovary (I'm assuming it's my ovary anyways, it's in that area), mostly in the mornings. I used to get pains in my ovaries before I was pregnant but I thought it was just around the time that I ovulated. I am just wondering if anyone else has these types of pains and if you know what causes it for you. I had thought that it was possible that I had a cyst on that ovary but they didn't say anything at the u/s. I plan on asking my doctor in a week at my 12 week appointment, but thought I would ask you ladies' opinions first.

    I had a lot of discomfort on my left ovary. U/S tech didn't say anything to me but at my appt I mentioned it to my midwife who reviewed the report and told me I had a luteal corpus cyst. She told me it was very common, happens during ovulation and most months it goes away quickly but hcg keeps it around longer. Usually goes away on its own. Hope your pain is nothing serious.

    Could it just be round ligament pain?
