AW: Trigger day for IUI #4! **Update in thread**

Triggering tonight on CD12 for our very last IUI. Spoke with the RE himself yesterday (the clinic this week changed the way monitoring apps work and now you can see the actual RE more often!!) and he said for sure to move on to IVF if this cycle doesn't work. He said it's not worth the emotional, physical and financial toll to continue with IUIs any longer if this last one is unsuccessful. I really hope we wont have to move forward! Got one 22mm, 19mm and 15mm follies. I don't know if the 15mm will turn into anything viable by the time I ovulate but I hope so. DH's lazy boys need a few targets to hopefully get at least one! DH has been a good boy so he should have 5 days worth of swimmers for tomorrow's IUI. We'll do a second IUI on Monday morning.

    February-August 2014: Irregular Cycles, U/S showed Fibroids/Cysts, Provera required to get AF, BFNs
    September & October 2014: Testing Months with Reproductive Endocrinologist!
    DH's SA: Normal (116.4 million sperm, 97% motility, 36% morphology) - WHO criteria
    DH's Repeat SA: Poss. Low Morph. (138 million sperm, 73% motility, 8% morphology) - Kruger criteria
    HSG and SIS: Normal (tubes clear)
    Medicated Cycle:     5mg Letrozole + Trigger Injection + TI = BFP!!

    ESTIMATED DUE DATE: AUGUST 13, 2015

    Thanks ladies! We had about 3 million motile swimmer yesterday post wash, and about 1 million today. I'm surprised that DH's numbers were worse then last month. Our # of days abstinent was better and it didn't even make a difference.  Now all I can do is hope, but I'm preparing myself for the move to IVF. Unfortunately we won't see the RE until Oct 31st, and by then I'd be halfway through the next cycle. If the clinic wants us on BCPs the cycle prior to IVF I'd want to start them that cycle instead of delaying it. I doubt the nurses would tell me without there being any type of order for it :P
