Welcome to the TTFAS AL check-in. This check-in is for TTCAL-ers with living children to talk about the issues about TTCAL while you have a living child. Living children and pictures of living children are welcome here, however if your pictured child is an infant (< a year old), please do place a warning at the beginning of your post to alert ladies who are having a hard day. Please remember to post an intro on the main board as we are all here to TTC a sibling!

Good morning ladies! It is a beautiful fall day here!

I hope you lovely ladies are doing good, if not, here's a hug for you!

AFM: There is some stress going on at work right now and it's getting me down. I think I am waiting for AF to come sometime next week, but who really knows (I think FF is drunk)! Also, I'm just trying to get my house in order to feel like I'm accomplishing things while we wait for our next cycle.

QOTW: I love, love, love fall! The changing leaves. The crisp air. At our old house it used to mean we'd have weekly fires in our pit, but we haven't built one at our new house yet.

Good morning ladies. Doing well today, except I thought it was Friday. Doh!

QOTW - my favorite season is anything that's not winter. We're having beautiful weather this week for fall so I'm enjoying that but am dreading that the colder temps are right around the corner. Though I do like wearing the long sleeves, hoodies, and all that other snuggly clothing.

I'm doing better this week, I feel like the Zoloft I started last week is starting to make a difference. I hope it continues to do so as I get used to it. We're still TTA with no decision about bumping TTC up to October yet but my cycles are being wonky right now (I agree FF is drunk!) so we will see over the next few weeks. Hugs to all that need them!

QOTW: I love spring - May is my favorite month, the weather is perfect here at that time of year.

Hi ladies! I'm doing, meh ok, but nothing TTC related this week. H was super ignorant again last night (was supposed to leave work at 5:30 and I was out shopping so DS and I were waiting around for him - I get a call at 6:30 that he's out for beers with coworkers. So inconsiderate, especially since he knows DS goes to bed at 7:30). He got home around 8 and I tried to just explain to him that I felt like he didn't consider me or DS in his decision - he just got annoyed but it passed over. I told him it was trash night and asked if he would take the trash out and he said yes - but then within 20 minutes fell asleep on the couch. I tried to wake him up to get him to do it and he was angry. So I ended up taking out the trash myself in the dark last night. The good news is I did decide to make an appointment for counseling for myself. Not including H yet because I want to figure out if I even want him in my life at this point, and I'm hoping a counselor can help me through that and my anxiety issues.

Sorry, that got long.

Season: Well I really love fall, but I also love the nice days in summer (we will sometimes have non-humid days). I love being out in the sun!

I'm glad you are seeking help. This journey is rough especially when there is extra marital stresses. I hope it gives you some clarity and if you decide you still want DH in your life that he will make the effort to join you when you are ready. Big hugs!!

@mattsgirl2004‌ sorry for your losses. I like your idea about using angels instead of edds. Mind if I use it too?

Tomorrow we go back to the RE for test results. I am anxious to see what they are and what he recommends. Other than that DH will be working more and I will be on my own with DD.

My favorite season is fall. We don't really get that one but we can go visit where they have fall.

Thanks for the check in @Nieko0423‌ . We are brill in survival mode here, but at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel. This is the first week this month I have been called to pick up a sick DD at daycare, AF arrived last weekend (51 days post m/c) and DH is nearing the end of his work project away. I am on day 6 of AF, and ready for her to leave the building. I've got a sonohysterogram next week, and as long as everything looks good I think we will be given the green light to TTC next cycle, which will be a relief. I just hate all the waiting, sigh.

Oh hai!

Can I (re)-join? I remember some of you from the PAL check-in. We put off TTC a sibling until I was done with BF.

Well, I started weaning off the pump 2 months ago and AF showed up this week, just a few days after I hung up my pump supplies which was a nice surprise, so we are a go with planning our FET! Tentatively we will start meds Oct. 19 for an Oct. 31st transfer.

I know nothing about FETs so expect a lot of dumb questions.

I'm a mess. We got my lab results. AMH is 0.004 and my FSH was over 30. My RE called me personally to tell me he's not optimistic for our chances, especially with my lack of O and frequent bleeding lately. Basically, I'm in perimenopause at 31. He is willing to do one Femara+gonal-f+IUI cycle but that's probably it unless my body surprises us by it's response. It will be 10mg Femara cd 3-7 and 300iu gonal-f cd 7-9. It's such a drastic dosage increase from three years ago but he thinks we need as much help as possible. Really, DE is likely our only option if I want to carry another baby.

I am doing 7.5mg Femara unmonitored this cycle. I was wary but my RE said with my results I have zero chance at hyper stimulation. So we're going for it but I have zero hope.

QOTW: I love every season except hardcore winter (January and February) in Texas.

@ellebelle2384‌ I'm thinking January. I want to give the CoQ10 and DHEA time to work it's magic, and we need time to save up. Part of me wants to just do it as soon as this cycle is over so I don't waste any more time. But realistically I think I would always wonder if the supplements could have made a difference.

Hello lovelies! Late to the party here. I'm CD3 and just waiting for my hysteroscopy at the RE's office on Monday to see if we get the all clear to burn the bench. If we do, then we'll try naturally this cycle (timing won't work out for IUI), and then move on to meds + IUI next cycle. Hoping for a Hail Mary BFP!

@mrandmrsk91011 I'm sorry your DD BMB is like that. I feel lucky to have my DDs BMB group. We've become a tight knit group on FB so no one has really "disappeared". Some get busy, but no one's pregnancy announcements have been a "look at me" type of thing. It also helps, as I found out after my first mc when I turned to them, there are several who have experienced a loss so we are all a bit more delicate with our announcements.

@angie9661 I hope the Metformin helps you and have fun party planning! That sounds like a great place for a party.

Had my followup for the blood tests with the new RE today. Turns out I have chronic inflammation with blood clotting disorder and hormone imbalance. It sounds horrible but there is a treatment plan that we can try. Conventional medicine will not help me. So DD is truly a miracle baby.

Hi, I'm waiting for day#1. been benched due to cysts. waiting, waiting, waiting!
we will do IUI #4 in October if I don't get benched due to travel plans.
