STM - Head cold?

I feel like a head cold is starting... I just left a message for my doctor to see what I can take if anythig. I usually take vitamin C + zinc and that helps but I'm waiting to hear from the dr. I know we are not nurses and doctors here by I am curious- If/when you were sick, what did you take if anything?

It's so funny you post this today - I was awake all last night with the most severe sinus pressure I've ever had - it brought me to tears and nothing would put a dent in it. Especially since I don't use all my heavy duty meds now. At 2 am my husband drove me to a 24-hour pharmacy & the pharmacist helped me find a Sudafed without Aleve or any other baby-unfriendly stuff. Not sure if that's what you mean by "head cold," but that's the only thing that broke the misery for me.

I had a horrible sinus infection last pregnancy and all I could do was boil salt water and breathe it in. It sucked. Hope you feel better!
