Anyone moving baby to pee?

Seriously sometimes I have to pee so bad ,but he is squishing my bladder so that I can't. I try and shift him a little just to get something to come out. I am not really complaining its just funny. I don't remember doing this with Dd.

  • This is crazy to me! My LO is always helping me pee, even in my pants when I don't want to pee. However mine is also very partial to the left side so he's usually not on my bladder unless he's kicking it.

  • Yes, I pee while moving in a circle. It must be very entertaining to watch.

  • I can't even keep track of the number of times I've actually peed on my hand this pregnancy. I'm confused about it, yet in awe of how I haven't learned the circle pee trick to ring out all the pee before wiping.

I've learned something new this weekend. Yay me.

  • Sometimes I just sit there and let the pee dribble out a few times. Like 10 or so, it's just never ending. And peeing on my hands? I go to wipe and then pee comes out of nowhere, so I soak my hand. Nasty.
I can't even tell you how happy I am that I'm not the only one soaking my hand each day. It really is the weirdest thing, to just pee on your hand out of nowhere.

  • This thread was helpful for me! I had been confused as to why my pee stream is weak lately... And normally I would have been concerned for a UTI but I just finished an antibiotics course for a UTI the OB found. Haha... I guess The pressure from baby is stemming the flow! Thanks for arming me with different pee strategies ladies! :D
  • Man, lifting up my belly a little has made a gigantic difference in my ability to pee efficiently!  You guys have changed my life.  THANK YOU.  Hahahaa!

  • Pregnancy is beautiful.

  • Yes. Lean forward a little bit - that seems to help me quite a bit!
Married on October 20, 2012.  Began trying in January 2013.
RE appointment & testing December 2013 - February 2014= Unexplained IF, possible endometriosis
IUI#1- March 22 (100mg clomid, 75 mg of Bravelle, Ovidrel trigger) = BFP!!!

  • Haha yes! I've been doing it since like 20 weeks. It definitely helps though, especially before I get in bed. If not, I'm getting back up to pee before I can fall asleep.
  • Agree with the others about leaning forward and lifting up. Totally helps!
