Help: signature

I have no idea how to fix my signature. When I go to My Account -> Change My Avatar, the My Forums Signature section is empty. I've tried sticking new ticker codes in there, refreshing it repeatedly, and clearing it again, but my old 2012 EDD signature still appears when I post on forums. Any suggestions?
