Which bbt to use?

I went to bed at 9:30 last night and woke up at 1:30am and temped. It was 98.13. I went back to bed and woke up around 4:45 and temped one more time and it was 97.60. Which temp should I use for my chart? It's my first cycle charting so I'm new to this. I don't have a usual temp time due to waking up several times a night with my son. Thanks in advance!! :)

     Hashimoto's with irregular cycles  DH- 37 Severe oligoasthenoteratozoospermia

    TTC since May 2012

    HSG- all clear

    March 2014 - RE appt. 
    April 2014- Saline sono all's good, terrible SA results - 8 sperm found all abnormal
    May 2014- Fert Urology- Bilateral varicoceles, recommend Donor Sperm
    12/2014-  Surprise natural BFP  EDD 7/31/15 Plan:  Starting foster to adoption, natural cycles

    I was just looking for help from ladies with experience. We've been ttc for 6+ months now. I'm sorry I posted in the wrong group.
