Hey ladies! I'm cautiously joining you after getting my BFP last Friday. I was briefly active on the TTCAL board but took a step back for a couple of months. I hope you'll welcome me here and I hope my stay is an uneventful 9 months!
A little background on me. I'm 34, have been married for 3 years & have a son who just turned 2. I suffered a missed miscarriage back in January. I should've been about 9w and at my first appointment they did an ultrasound which showed baby measuring around 6w with no heartbeat. A few days later the loss was confirmed. As you all know too well, we were devastated.
We were cleared to TTC as of March and the past 6 months have been an emotional roller coaster to say the least. We are thrilled to be pregnant today. I had my first betas done yesterday which showed hcg at 207 & I will have another draw tomorrow. Fingers crossed!!! According to my calc's I'll be due June 2 providing this is my take home rainbow.
