  • I'm using it. But I agree that I don't think I will notice if it helps until much later.

  • I Love Palmers Lotion. I think if it makes you feel better about yourself that's all that really matters. Keep it up.
  • I've started to get them already beginning at 16 wks. Every pound I've gained has gone straight to my belly. -.- using coco butter etc. Helps the itching but yeah not so much on stopping them.

  • Ditto what pp's have said, I didn't get stretch marks until the very very end of my pregnancy and I gained tons of weight so you'd think I woulda got them sooner. I used cocoa butter and mederma and still got them. I only have them on my lower back on the sides but my stomach came out unscathed. My mom was the same until she had my sister at the same age I am now and she got them all over her bum and legs so usually that's a good indicator of what's going to happen to us

  • I didn't get stretch marks until 38 weeks and then boom they were everywhere!
  • @estamos_tomamos‌
Flabby zebra made me laugh. That's exactly how I looked after having my first lol but you're right, women should be proud of their stretch marks!
  • I didn't get stretch marks until my third trimester with my first and then I got tons! But my whole pregnancy I used special stretch mark oils and lotions religiously, they did jack $hit. Wasted money for sure. Now I'm just using regular lotion to help with itching.
  • I'm convinced they're genetic.  If you do get them, I hope you can learn to love them.  Mine make my tummy look like a Jerry Garcia t-shirt.  DH thinks they are cool.
