Intro: FTM and would love some eco-insight!

Hi everyone! Quick intro - I'm 38, due Jan 27.  Just realized this board was here.  I've been a bit overwhelmed with my upcoming role of FTM and figuring out how to keep a small footprint and keep my baby safe.  Hoping to find some help (and provide what I can) here!
