OK and now I have a question about this name. I continuously ask my husband which boy names he likes, and he just keeps saying this name. Is this even a real name? He has a student with this name but I dunno... I just keep thinking about a speed gage or something. Tell me what you think about it so I can eliminate it from our list, haha.

It's nms personally. It's very country/rugged to me but that's not a bad thing.

I really dislike the name personally. Sounds like the name of a video game character from street fighter or something. It just sounds kind of made up. I would use a veto on it lol!

I know a little Gage. He is adorable and not country at all. I think that it is a decent name though not one of my favorites.

Isn't this the little boy's name in Pet Cemetery? I always associate Gage with the boy in the movie. Personally too scary for me.

I know two police officers that have sons named Gage... I don't think country... I think law enforcement and it's a little harsh sounding... full disclosure though.. it's a guilty pleasure name of mine

It's a legitimate name. My nephew is Gage, and I don't think country at all. It's not my favorite name, but it fits him well.

Pet Semetary has ruined that name for me- it's all I can think of.

Same for Zelda- the Pet Semetary association took it off the table for me. Too bad, I actually like the name Zelda otherwise. Zelda was actually a minor character, but the scariest aspect of the book for me when I read it when I was (way too) young.
