Vaginal changes after sex?

31 weeks along and feeling swelling and pressure in the vagina when I sit on the toilet... not far in there and not on the very outside either. Put my hand down to feel if something was wrong and it seemed the length of the opening was greater than usual. Also on the sides of the labia if I pushed it was a bit tender like swollen. Has happened twice now, both times after sex. Though sex does not seem to always trigger it. Should I be concerned or is this normal pressure/swelling?

    I experience cervical pressure after sex (also feel like baby could fall out afterwards when I use the bathroom) and called my doctor and she said that is completely normal. I was mildly freaking out but with all the weird stuff that happens to our bodies during pregnancy...I'm used to it now.
