just starting spitting up

in the past 2 days my almost 3 week old just started spitting up. She has mostly bm with a supplement of formula here and there, and were mainly bottle feeding. Does this automatically sound like reflux or could she be adjusting to formula/more bottles than breast etc?

side note i am in the process of weaning from bf

Make sure you are burping her fully. DD will spit up if she has burps "stuck". Also she sometimes keeps milk in the corner of her mouth.

We have this, too... and it got much worse this week (3 weeks). We EBF, and DD will nurse and nurse until she pukes. I have a pretty healthy milk supply, so she gets 'firehosed' a lot, which doesn't help, either.

My DD spit up constantly for two when I was BFing her. When I switched to formula the spit up didn't get any better. She was tested for reflux and didn't have it, she was put on Zantac and it didn't get better, she even slept on an incline and it didn't help. The only thing the dr could think of was the flap to her stomach didn't fully develop and she spit up until she was about 10/11 months old. I would have to change both of our clothes after her spit up but when I say spit up it was like half of whatever she ate, and I made sure I burped her after every ounce she ate. It was awful.
But, she never spit up in the hospital she didn't start it until my milk came in, which was about 5 days pp.
